SIGNING UP FOR CLASSES:

Pathfinder Agility and Dog Training Classes require prepayment and preregistration and a No-compete agreement to reserve a spot in class. Consent forms will only be accepted once a class has opened for registration.

Please download, open and print ALL of the pertinent forms below, fill them out and mail them to me at: 

Once Payment has been received, you will be emailed instructions and directions to class.  Classes will be subject to cancellation if they do not fill!
